I live in the city, but work has me in all parts of the greater Chicago area. My truck threw its serpentine belt. Called the shop around 1pm to see if they could help. They said they would look at it and see what was wrong. A quick inspection found the tensioner broke. Said they could get the parts and fix it. Two hours later my truck was fixed and I was heading back home. Great customer service and efficient turn around. Very impressed with their accommodations to fix my vehicle quickly and at a fair cost.
