Never felt so offended in my life especially by a doctor, all I wanted was to get some help. Guess I will find another doctor. The one thing I hate is being treated differently from others and ignored I will not be back

Receptionist is rude and lacks communication skills, you literally cannot finish your thought without him cutting you off.

The worst experience ever coming from a "OFFICE MANAGER" Mike very rude and Disrespectful. Call to try and get some notes for a pt he had in comment, and I was told by this person that If I was Stupid and Ignorant that that was the second time someone called to ask for that. He would sent them when he got to it, to stop bothering. I was shocked to hear someone speak to a person in that way specially when coming from doctor to doctors' office and we are trying to PROVIDE the best Pt care possible. Is a shame that he has such an awful attitude hope Dr. Palmisano patients never get treated this way.
