        The staff and management is ridiculous. I haven't seen that unorganized people ever. Definitely don't recommend this place for any serious people.

        Love the staff but the fitness manager has made some very questionable decisions recently with the gym "renovation" which has caused a lot of members to cancel their memberships. Before this change I would've given it 5 stars, I'll update my review if they make some changes. Edit- 12/20/23 Back by popular demand and strong arming from the park district board, they brought back machines that they decided to get rid of. Not a bad place to workout at, good people.
