        The doctor is great and all, but the receptionist ladies that answer the phone when you call her office are probably the worst healthcare workers Ive ever seen. I understand they deal with several patients throughout the day with all types of attitudes but its not professional to answer a phone call with zero kindness. They can stick a high school student in there and Im sure they can do much better than them. Im a pharmacist (I was calling as a family member of a patient) and I deal with doctors offices all the time but this office is something else. The receptionist team needs to be properly trained to speak with professionalism and kindness. This is ridiculous.
