I had the nicest conversation with Julie at Johnson Insurance Agency. I needed to insure the new car I was purchasing and she handled everything with such prompt and courteous service. I never feel like a stranger when I call their agency. I have been a customer for the 40 some years I have live in Elk Grove and they always look out for my best interests.

Johnson Insurance is the best. Two generations of our family have been working with Bill and Craig for 20+years. Recently, Bill was so helpful in helping us deal with a car that was borderline totaled. He helped us move through the process, negotiations, and various paperwork. You just dont get that by calling 800#s and listening to automated voices and commands. His experience and expertise were critical in settling the claim. Thanks again, Bill!
