        MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT YOUR BILL AND POLICY. They charge you a copay for office visits even if you dont pay copay for telehealth. I started seeing them in Covid and have NEVER stepped foot in the office. I am now learning they are fraudulently submitting claims saying I am coming in. I now have $200 in copays in collections I am currently disputing as I have had NO idea this was happening.

        Providers treat you like cattle and will prescribe you cookie cutter medication treatment, even if you have already been on said medication before. Dr. Michael made me feel super unheard. Also his behavior is unprofessional and inappropriate.

        They do not update their insurance providers or website when not accepting new patients. I did hours of research to finally find a therapist that would be a good match for me, and saw "accepting new patients" so I called. Only to be told "we aren't accepting new patients" without the option for a wait list, and then being HUNG up on was extremely triggering. For a place that is supposed to HELP mentally ill patients, they truly don't know how to help someone clearly in need.

        It had been nearly impossible to get an appointment in any sort of a timely manner or to reach the doctor, even with side effects. I also didn't find the physician to be sensitive.
