After the recent hail storm in the area, I contacted this company and they sent the roofers within 5 days to inspect my roof. He even inspected my cars - noting 2 dings from hail on our minivan. While up on the roof, he found a couple dings from the half-dollar sized hail we had for 2-3 minutes that night and caulking that had crumbled and deteriorated over nail heads and seams on my 10 year old roof. As a courtesy, he caulked all of that and told me my roof was good and would last another 5 years barring large hail that lasted more than 5 minutes. The roofer was courteous, professional and knowledgable. I was not charged a penny for this and now have peace of mind.

My roof was going on 20 years and for some strange reason the same hail that hit my neighbors houses on both sides somehow missed mine, so this gig was all on me. The owner and this company did some work for me in the past replacing some wood trim around the roof and chimney and did a great job. When I called them, the manager was the man who came out first for the inspection and was early in fact. He was very friendly and professional - and as I compared my roof to my neighbors his Integrity was intact when he pointed out the way my roof was designed, the ridge vent wouldn't be necessary or effective on mine except in one spot...again saving me money on a easy upsell I'm sure.

The owner from this company really help me though the process of getting new roof. The owner was there to answer ever question I had about the type of product to the process. He really spent his quality time helping me make the right decision going with this company. There was a small issue but they handle with amazing Professionalism and punctuality getting the issued fixed, if your looking for a roofing company you can account on it with this company.
