        You wait and wait and wait.The doctor walks in at 11;00AM. You are still waiting. It is very unprofessional. Patients should not wait for appointments for three to four hours. They should hire more medical help to make it easier for the patients. The patients or insurance companies pay enough to make this possible. Patient care is FIRST!!

        My parents and I have been patients of Dr. Burke's for over 30 years. Recently, we switched to different eye doctors. You wait, just like the other reviews stated, over 3 hours or more to see her. She has appointments early in the morning, but she will not arrive until at least 10:00 for her first patient. I had enough the last time I saw her when the employees were talking bad about another employee in front of me. I called to get my records for my new doctor and the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone and I am so glad I will not be going back there.

        Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this place. Almost three hours passed before finally seeing the ophthalmologist. Poor time management is very unprofessional! While waiting for the next step in my exam, staff spoke ill of (using curse words) a patient. Gossiping, also very unprofessional... Yikes, I should have left at that point. Nonetheless, I wont be back.

        This woman is a horrible, destructive, unprofessional doctor. She absolutely botched my sister's cataract operation. Its 2 years later and my sister can't see out of her eye and her eyelid droops.
