        NEVER APPLY HERE, I accept that they don't refund the application fee but that they don't refund the administrative fee is terrible, plus they never tell you that, that day I visited several departments and in all of them they said they would refund the fee if you were not accepted, this was the last place to go and they never mentioned that they would not refund the value. These practices should be illegal. Be very careful before applying, they paint everything gold, in my case they stole $300 from me, they behind a desk stealing the effort of the applicants.
