Carolshire Condominium

The apartments are in bad condition. We finally moved out. The association was called for 2 years about a crack in the corner of the building leading into my sister's condo that led to water seeping in and bugs coming in such as spiders and beetles and ants. The ceiling was cracked and the bathroom was being leeked into by someone else's bathroom. The association is unresponsive and when they do answer they don't fix anything. It took 5 calls to get them to address the boiler that was settling in the boiler room next to our condo. They're on top of towing anyone possible but can't fix any of the issues with the buildings. It took several calls to fix the broken washer and dryer. Just not a good place to live. Especially for the price.

This place is horrible! We keep our apartment clean but it doesnt matter because this place has a serious pest problem. There are roaches everywhere! We were told pest control comes out every month but thats not true at all! On top of that it takes forever to get something fixed! When we first moved in there was a problem with our toliet leaking and the association sent someone to fix the problem with crazy glue! Then my sons room had a window that would not close and had no screen it took them months to fix his window. It has literally been a nightmare living here and Im so glad we are gone, we have spent time and our own money trying to keep the roaches out of our apartment. We even paid for Orkin to come out on a monthly and sometimes bi-weekly basis to keep the pests out and were never reimbursed. DONT LIVE HERE especially if you have a family. I wish I could give this place 0 stars because its just that HORRIBLE.
