Best Western Plus Glenview-Chicagoland Inn & Suites

Great breakfast and service! Close to main highway.

Room itself was standard. stayed two nights on the first floor and both nights we could hear the upstairs foot steps extremely noisy. I did bring my 10 lb dog and did pay the dog fee and when I went up to front desk for some extra towels, they were startled to see a dog and asked if i had paid the dog fee and in short said yes when they went on to check with 3 other staff members the fee was paid. Stayed in a suite specifically because website claims there are microwaves in the rooms which is very false.

We came here and had 4 rooms for 4 of our staff that were working nearby, all 4 of the staff really didnt rate the venue very highly. The check in process was very confusing and we didnt really Understand what was happening. Unfortunately, none of the staff behind the counter could really speak English. We asked them questions such as is our room on the road side or the non road side and every time they just said yes in response to all of our questions. (Our room was on the road side which was rather noisy) We asked what time checkout was at and they just said yes it was rather frustrating . One of our colleagues left a bag in a room so we had to call up later that day to collect it and they really didnt make any sense on the phone. We asked if the bag was there and once again they really didnt understand what were saying and started to worry where the bag was The aircon unit was incredibly loud (see video) The shower wasnt that effective at all, and the road side of the hotel was incredibly noisy, we could barely sleep. None of the equipment in the gym worked and the bike made a lovely crunching noise. There was not point in us speaking to the staff about any of this as they just didnt understand. We wont be using best western again

Clean and cozy. Breakfast bar daily 24hr coffee. Friendly attentive staff.

Clean, reasonably priced, and pleasant staff. The bathroom didn't have a place for our toiletries and the only outlet was covered by glass, so a hair drier or other electrical accessories could not be used in the bathroom.
