        Typically service is good. The express lanes are convenient. However, I went to get an oil change yesterday and was told 45 minutes to an hour wait. An hour and 15 minutes went by and I messaged my rep, David, to check the status of my vehicle. I waited 20 minutes and received no reply. I then go to the window and see my car sitting outside finished. My rep never notified me my vehicle was ready and was nowhere to be found. So, I sat awhile unnecessarily.
