I didnt end up treating with Dr. Ashfari for long, because she referred me to a colleague with more expertise in my specific condition. This reflects extremely well on Dr. Ashfari because she put my needs as a patient first, and her referral ended up being exactly what I needed. I would never have found that doctor on my own accord. Im sure she would have treated my condition very capably, but I was better off in the hands of an expert and she recognized that.

So lucky to have found Dr. Zahra Sara Afshari. She is a wonderful human being, thorough, brilliant, and willing to go out of her way for her patients such as driving to see her patients on Thanksgiving day. I cant thank her enough for fighting for patient advocacy and for her dedication to her patients. She is professional, has excellent bedside manner and takes the time to know her patients. I highly recommend her without reservation.

My family and I love Dr. Afshari, she has truly been a blessing! After my wife suffered a stroke she has been with us at every step of her recovery from the beginning till now. What sets Dr. Afshari apart is her commitment to her patients, she is a fierce advocate and will go to war for you and use every available resource to achieve the best possible outcome. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated neurologist, she is the only one to see.
