Servicemaster Cleaning and Restoration Pro

We recently had some difficulties with our insurance company due to a clerical error. Tina at Service Master went above and beyond her required duties to help us through it. She became our advocate and was there with us every step of the way. She could have rightfully just let it go, but she didn't. We will be forever grateful for the kindness she showed, and the results that came about due to that kindness. She truly is a "Master of Service!" :)

I'm way overdue in posting this, but these guys were great. We had a bad fire in our condo and Service master handled both the mitigation (clean up) and the renovation after. Frank, Mike, Tina and the whole team were great to work with. I would highly recommend this group to anyone need of their services. The work turned out beautifully and we would definitely use them again if the need ever arises!

We recently used Service Master for water damage in our finished lower level. They were very responsive and came out same day we called to review the damage, and began the mitigation and restoration in two rooms affected by the water damage next day. They worked with our insurance company extremely well. Their level of service and their staff's were excellent. They took full control of the cleanup, the repairs, the painting, and replacement of carpet for the two rooms. They made an otherwise difficult situation very easy and smooth through to recovery. The ServiceMaster team cleared and cleaned out a very dirty downtown condo filled with worth 100 years of garbage. They brought eight employees who filled 3 dumpsters with speed and ease in a building with very strict rules and regulations during covid. Everyone was masked, gloved and wore hazmat suits. They brought in industrial fans with filters that cleared the dust and dirt from the air as the wall to wall carpeting and damaged furniture was taken out. The SM team are licensed and bonded and capable of heavy lifting. Very nice people who are professional, respectful and friendly. When you have the impossible job, they give you the confidence that the job will be done well and for that I am grateful. Believe me, they are worth the cost and took the weight off of my shoulders. When they were finished the apartment was empty and clean. Thank you ServiceMaster, you are worth your weight in gold!
