        I have been renting an outdoor parking spot for my van at this location for a few years. It is conveniently located for me. However, I am growing increasing frustrated at the condition of both the vehicle lane leading towards the back parking area, as well as the parking area itself. The potholes keep getting bigger and deeper. It is difficult to navigate a vehicle through all the crumbling asphalt and gravel. It is beginning to look run-down. My rental rates go up every year. I would appreciate it if the maintenance of the facility would keep up with the rate hikes.

        iStorage rented me a 20X20 storage space. The problem is that in reality, the space does not exist. I contacted the number (taped to the door) and spoke with the property manager who confirmed that the space does not exist and told me that I would not be charged. I emailed and texted him several times. They debited my bank account anyway and now wont respond. As far as Im concerned, this is a scam.

        Nick is amazing! He went out of his way to explain everything to me and even came down to my storage unit to make sure that I understood how to work everything out. I highly recommend the storage unit and Nick is the best!
