Very friendly and professional. All about fixing any problems and not just about payment. Been 10 years since my last apt and it is still the same great service as it was then, just a different location.

At every visit, Dr. Watkins is always upbeat, huge smile (you can tell under the mask), always jokes. However, the office manager has been rude and not helpful at all when it comes to help with insurance. I have been fighting for insurance to pay their half of the braces for my son for two years now. The insurance tells me the office is submitting claims wrong. But the office manager tells me that they are submitting everything right. I have attempted three way calls with insurance and the office together but the office never answers. When I ask Acasia the office manager in person about not being able to have that three way call, her only response is we are short staffed. She doesnt offer any other kind of help at all, she is very short and curt in her interactions with me every time. She is very rude and not helpful at all. My sons braces are off now and we will NOT be returning to this office. Such a shame because we really like DrWatkins.
