        Ive never weighed and mailed larger items before but the mailing clerk was extremely helpful and polite. My father in law got his present right on time. Will always use this facility to help me mail presents.

        Don't trust them to honor a "hold mail" request. I had a confirmed hold mail request and they delivered a large package and left it in plain sight on my front porch. Not happy! USPS can pay to replace it.
