CVS Lake Zurich, IL is always a clean, friendly and helpful place. Havent had a bad experience over the many years we have used them.

This place sucks,my partner gave all the necessary information in a polite way and the tech proceeded to tell her that we have a hundred something dollar co pay which we know we dont because my company switched to a different insurance company this year 2024 so my partner tells this to the tech and they again argue and say no we have your updated insurance my partner disagrees and says again that they will call back with our insurance because the one the tech is saying we have we dont. My partner then calls back and says As i stated earlier to you,we do not have that insurance that you have on file ,this is the insurance we have after the tech goes oh and then puts in the correct information. My partner then proceeds to tell the tech that they really need to work on their customer service because it is terrible . How it should have went is im so sorry it looks like we dont have the correct insurance for you, if you could get that information for us I can put it in to give you the correct pricing for your daughters medication. Thats it. Its not hard to be a decent human being. I know customer service and tech positions are intolerable sometimes but when a customer is being polite there is no reason for you to be rude.
