First experience with Dr Jade today. I found her exam to be extremely thorough and treatment spot on. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a healthy lifestyle with prescription mede.

My preschooler and I both had our first appointments at North Shore Pro-Active Health this week, and I am so thankful for the help we are already receiving to encourage healthy growth (preschooler), recover from injury (me), and address system and hormone imbalances and promote female health (me). Dr. Dellingers gentleness, kindness, wealth of knowledge, and commitment to true wellbeing were evident in our interactions. I also had a great experience with Cindy, who walked me through rehab assessment and stretches, and Kortnee, who helped with our paperwork, scheduling, and answering questions. Were very happy to have found NSPAH!

Had an incredible massage with Akuma today. He specializes in pressure points so he was able to pinpoint trouble areas and work them out. I feel so much better and so relaxed. Highly recommend!

I became a client after an Achilles injury as I had the desire to return to activity ASAP. Dr Jordan provided excellent advice and treatment, in coordination with outside PT. I was back on the basketball court faster than expected in part due to the red laser treatment provided. I highly recommend North Shore Pro-Active Health to treat injuries or for ongoing health concerns!
