Have been waiting almost 1 hour for my appointment. No Covid protocolls are being followed!!!! A room full of patients!!!!!! I am hiding in the X-ray room to avoid contamination!!!!! No one is even attempting to decontaminate!!!!!!!

Thank you for reading this post. I believe it is very important to read. I have known Dr. Kwiecinski professionally for a number of years. I have always been impressed by her clinical knowledge, treatment plans, and compassion. When I developed a problem with one of my toes, Dr. Kwiecinski tried the least invasive processes first. When I went a number of months with increasing pain, I contacted Dr. Kwiecinski who accepted the report of my new symptoms and recommended I come see Dr. Surowiec for a surgical consult. She explained the entire process of the surgery, the recovery, the expected outcome. I was very disappointed to find that because of a "red-tape" issue with Advocate, Dr. Kwiecinski was not able to do my surgery. Dr. Suroweic would be the physician to operate on my foot at Advocate Condell Medical Center. Because they work in partnership, I am very confident in Dr. Surowiec as well. I cannot recommend this practice enough. I am very sorry that one of the reviewers had such a negative response to the treatment plan recommended, and am very happy that his father has good use of his wounded foot. He got lucky. I have seen many patients on my unit who were not so lucky. Their lives were saved by an amputation. Still believe very strongly in Dr. Mary Gail Kwiecinski and Dr. Daniel Surowiec.
