image typical your agent would contact you back when you call the office. but i always talk to an assistant and never hear from my agent. the prices keep going up and no service is ever received. do not recommend better of not having an agent at all

image Allstate customer for more than 30 years with prior Havlic team where had great service. Left 1 voicemail for Craig on 08Jan2024 still waiting for call back. Phoned office to learn no ability for them to transfer me to leave Craig a 2nd voicemail and was told as a partner he doesnt deal in client matters. What happened to customer relations being part of the reason to choose an agent? Very disappointing.
