    Allstate customer for more than 30 years with prior Havlic team where had great service. Left 1 voicemail for Craig on 08Jan2024 still waiting for call back. Phoned office to learn no ability for them to transfer me to leave Craig a 2nd voicemail and was told as a partner he doesnt deal in client matters. What happened to customer relations being part of the reason to choose an agent? Very disappointing.
