Abysmal communication. In July, 2023 I put $750 down as a 50% deposit for a master landscape design. It's the last day of February, 2024 and I have received zero proactive outreach over the last 8 months. Not one phone call or email. I have called multiple times and when the receptionist answers she always says "I'll let Martin know to call you back." Martin never calls back. In November, she said "Martin hopes to have something for you by Thanksgiving." Nothing. Avoid at all costs. Edit: 3/1/24, getting the $750 refunded after contacting the owner on his cell phone, which I got from another one of his clients.

We were looking to update our 1980s landscape and chose Martin John for his unique and innovative designs. Our concrete slab patio was transformed to a flowing entertainment area using brick and stone with lighted seat walls and a built-in grill.
