        Called for an exploratory convo and quote estimate. Provided all of the requested info, but didnt agree to moving forward with 365 plus package because I wanted to talk to my husband first before payment. Company wouldnt provide quote without my husband on the phone (because they were looking to close a deal vs. consult on services). I was hesitant to call after reading negative reviews but gave it a shot anyways. Ick!

        Do not choose this company they don't show up but still charge you. When they finally come it's always someone different with a script of why no one has shown up but still charge you. They don't take accountability for their wrongs. When they finally came back the mice started to nest in the traps!!! On top of all that they had the audacity to send my account to collections as I still sit with full traps & flying bugs everywhere so now I have to hire a different company to actually DO THE JOB!!!

        Decided I needed to hire a professional exterminator for a pest. Anderson Pest Solutions was recommended to me by multiple associates. Sent emails. Left voicemails. Three days later got a response, and had to wait a week for the appointment. Took it. Arrangement my entire Saturday around this and no one showed up. Received zero notification either. Called 30 minutes after the appointment window and was told they were be at my home in 20 minutes. Again, we were ghosted. Go with a company that knows how to do business instead of this flake-fest pretend company.
