I called after hours regarding my garage door/door opener. John called first thing the very next morning. He was able to send someone out that same morning. Jake came out and he was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. Jake replaced my garage door opener within a matter of an hour and a half. Fantastic service! I will definitely call John and his team again for any garage door issues! Thank you John and Jake!!

John came out and fixed the sensor that got disconnected from the track. He oiled some parts and checked everything to make sure it was OK and said it was fine and didnt even charge me. There are Still kind people in this world. I highly recommend this company.

Barrett Garage Doors responded quickly to my request for service after the spring on our garage door broke. Jake arrived in the afternoon and immediately impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. In addition to replacing our springs, he also suggested some additional repairs as door cables were showing signs of rust and our door seal (original to the door) never quite provided a complete seal. He quickly replaced those items as well. Extremely happy with Jake's work - he even got a leaf blower out to clean the last remaining leaves out of my garage - total pro move!
