        Elderly father-in-law bought battery online and asked if I could pick it up for him since he was not feeling well but he stated that they would install it(as advertised). They had the battery but they did not install it based off of their computer saying Professional Installation Required. I believe it was Dale whom I was working with (He had a gray shirt) said was I go by what the computer says. He didnt even go out to see the car because it was too cold outside. I had to install battery on my own using their tools (they looked hardly used). It took me all 10 minutes or less to change it. I am sure glad my father-in-law didnt go because he would not have been able to carry the battery home which is the only thing that they offered to do for the core charge. Bad service for refusing to do their due diligence. Will recommend everyone to get their batteries at Walmart for almost half the price. No amount of Leadership Team notifications will solve the bad experience here
