Originally they said it was $600. for our carpet cleaning and when he gave me the bill it was for $700. I told him what his original quote was and he said he meant $700. Very shady Service: General carpet cleaning

We have been using them to clean our carpets for a few years about once a year. They have always showed up on time and the price is great for 3 bedrooms that take a beating from 2 dogs and a toddler. The carpets always  look great and have no odor once they are finished. We will continue to use their services!

K&T Chem-Dry did an amazing job on our building's carpet. The staff was very professional; during the whole process, they took the time to reach out to our association board members to bring to our attention problem areas and recommendations. I honestly thought my carpets were beyond saving. I've got six kids and a cat and a dog. There were green slime stains, plus red nail polish, pet stains, and many other unidentifiable stains.  So my expectations were really low. I could not BELIEVE how GOOD our carpet looked when they were done! A total transformation! They honestly look like new. It only took a few hours (plus drying time), and we didn't need to move furniture--they just work around it. I could not be happier with the result! I never leave reviews, but I felt like people need to know that when it comes to carpet cleaning--this is the absolute best value, service, and result. I will use them again for sure!!!
