Dwayne and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable at what they do. They even noticed a few other things that I did not see that needed addressed. Prompt on their timing and always put in a full days work. I pay close attention to detail and its hard to always make me happy but this work I have no complaints as it was done perfect. Sealant Specialists came highly recommended by our window rep who said that he had worked on jobs with them and would definitely work with them again. I can see why. We had no idea how significant our caulk issue was. After years of significant drafts around our windows and trying to patch gaps and cracks in our caulk, we decided to call in the professionals. Dwayne and his team are just thatprofessionals. They were on time every day and their work is impeccable. Had I not seen the amazing work they did sealing the windows the right way, I wouldnt have even known they were here. They left nothing behind. They were great to our dog and on the days I went to work I felt very comfortable leaving my house in good hands. Our windows look amazing. I no longer feel the wind around the window casings and it is good to know that any gaps in the exterior are sealed up tight. (Take that, bees!) I know our ultra-hard 21 year old caulk was difficult to cut out, but Dwayne was nothing but honest and positive about everything. I highly recommend Dwayne and Sealant Specialists. If you have drafty windows, give him a call!

Sealant Specialists came out last week and I am extremely happy with the quality of their work. And trust me, I am not an easy person to please. Dwayne was very good at communicating and keeping me informed. The men showed up in a timely fashion and were extremely hard working. They removed old caulking from my windows, replacing it with new, no easy task. I also had them do some caulk/sealant work around the foundation of my house and my driveway. Dwayne went over and above what was stated in the contract. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company that does excellent work!
