        This is the kind of place with the kind of people you really want to help support and give your business to. At first I had a bad experience due to miscommunication, but the staff had quickly and kindly made it right. They even went above and beyond to find my cell number and ask us back to the warehouse. They didnt have to do anything, but they really did change my mind through their kindness and willingness to make an unfortunate experience better. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. The staff is friendly, empathetic, kind and willing to serve the surrounding community with great customer care and service. Job well done to each staff member and owners. Thank you Anne.

        We used CAITS for an estate sale and for the sale of a condo. Our experience with Mike and the whole team was wonderful. We definitely recommend them.

        This is one of the best estate sale companies. Their prices are fair on the 1st day ( rather than most who price way high the 1st day) the staff is very friendly and helpful! Products are laid out nicely and are easy to go through.
