Mr. Zapolis and his team are stellar. Their laser focus on estate law makes them the go to place for your estate needs. They truly stay focused on estate work and what is best for their clients to secure the best outcome. They have streamlined the process to protect your wishes and property and family. My husband and I, as most people, were putting off this seemingly sad and sensitive process. They have made it easy and somehow comforting. It is now just something we think of when their is a big life change that needs addressing. So grateful for their guidance and experience in setting up our trust to secure our plans.

They did a good job with my dad's probate estate. I'm happy with the level of communication and the service they provided. Very professional and competent. They get three stars because when I hired them It was my understanding that it was a flat rate of X thousand dollars to handle the probate case. Maybe I misunderstood but that was my understanding of the fee. But then I started to receive additional invoices to pay for what I thought was a flat rate. Again, this could have been a misunderstanding on my part but that was not explained to me which didn't feel good. I was also contacted by the office with regards to this review and they were more than happy to go back and discuss the charges if I felt there was an issue. I amended my rating based on their willingness to do the right thing. I appreciated their efforts to discuss the whole situation. That being said my only complaint would be that they should have been more clear about how payments were structured. This was likely just a misunderstanding.

Zapolis and Associates, P.C. have been my parents' attorneys for many years. When my father passed away in 2022, Briane Eggert helped my sister who lives in Illinois, my brother and me through the legal process of settling his estate. Her professionalism made me feel confident and at peace with the entire process. She had nothing but kind words to share with us during a time of loss and grieving. I will recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for making the healing process a priority in my life, not the legalities of the estate. You did an excellent job!!
