        I've had Spring Green for years now. My lawn looks great, especially in the Spring. I don't have to worry about fertiziling or putting down weed conrol, they do it for me!! It's GREAT

      We're sorry you had a negative experience with us. It appears your concerns have been addressed by a phone call with the branch manager on Friday, 11/3. We plan to meet with you on your lawn in spring of 2024 to discuss the condition of your lawn at that time and any next steps.       John, we're sorry for this discrepancy. We will always attempt to make things right when they go wrong on our end. After investigating your situation further, we found that the Field Service Professional mistakenly selected both liquid and granular products to print on your invoice. To clarify, the application that took place was a liquid application of fertilizer and weed control only. No granular product was applied. We have attempted to contact you via phone call to discuss this further. Looking forward to the chance to connect with you, and appreciate having you as a new customer!
