This company dropped the ball at the 12th hour, making my wife and I wait for 6+ hours. No communication, was tripping over their feet at the last minute. Very horrible experience, would not recommend at all. Any business that is done with hometown lenders I will not he deal I g with. Not worth the mental hassle. Bad company.

They promised me theyd pay for my appraisal, but they never did. Were 2 months and counting past closing date, and every time I talk to them I get another excuse about how theyre working on reimbursing me. Dont do business here, they dont keep their word and steal your money!

I would highly recommend Hometown Lenders for mortgage and refinancing needs. Tom Slick and his associate Jillian Robles were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of buying our first home. They were quick to answer every question no matter how small and really took time to explain the process. We felt confident with them the whole way through and are extremely grateful for their help!

Anthony went above and beyond to make buying my first home an incredibly easy and straightforward process. He and his wonderful assistant Basia were on top of emails and quick to respond if I ever had questions, even outside of normal business hours. I can't recommend the Hometown Lenders team enough!
