By far Jimmy is one of the best around, his companies attention to detail and customer service is second to none. Forget 4 Seasons and ABC, because the only one you should be calling for your HVAC needs is him!!

We've been leaning on Jimmy and iTemp for years, and they have delivered time and time again. Heat went out the day before hosting Thanksgiving? They took care of it. Regular clean and inspects? They took care of it. Wanted a new thermostat and humidifier installed? They took care of it. There's a reason we've been going to them for years and won't go anywhere else! I called this company on a Sunday morning because of an AC repair I needed. I received a message that their mail box is full and cannot accept new messages at this time. Seriously? Based on the positive reviews here, I was hoping to hire them, but I will not do business with a company if I cannot contact them via phone or be able to leave a phone message. What is the point of providing a phone number contact option if a potential or current customer cannot get through on it?
