image Run far far away. Definitely do NOT recommend living here.
Your packages will always end up stolen as they do not have any cameras installed to deter thieves from taking your packages. The people that live here think they can take whatever packages they see downstairs in the mail room because theres no secure way receive or have you packages delivered. If its being shipped to your actual apartment good luck finding it.
The most disappointing apartment Ive lived in. The parking is horrible and cramped together. Seems to be more cars than tenants. Im assuming theres a 10 people to one bedroom ratio.
If youre a woman random guys will chase you down in their beat up cars just to cat call you to death. Someone is always fighting and cops are being called constantly. Im pretty sure I saw someone get rolled out in a stretcher after doing who knows what.
You may not notice it at first but there is also an issue with insects and roaches magically appearing after you lived here for a few months. A company comes out to spray something and it does absolutely nothing. Its like theyre spraying sugar water to attract more bugs.
Believe the 1 star reviews you see on here its absolutely true. Nothing about this apartment complex is luxurious even though they sell it to be that way. Save yourself the headache, find another apartment, and run far away from this place.

We are sorry to learn about your experiences regarding package theft. We understand how frustrating this can be, however, this is not a problem with the apartment complex, but rather a pandemic in itself in the country right now. There are quite a few news articles on the internet that you can research that talk about package theft being rampant all over the country right now. We are at a loss as to what you think we can do to locate stolen packages. You should also know that we have witnessed Amazon putting packages outside of the buildings, in the stairwells as well as other places instead of in the mail area. Attempts to reach Amazon about this have been unsuccessful. As for your comments on roaches/insects, we do not show that you have ever complained about a pest problem since moving in. It's important that you communicate with us on these matters so that they can be handled quickly. If we do not know about the problem we cannot resolve it.

image Do not live here. The amount of money you pay to live here is ridiculous for the amount of stuff they put you through. This place is dirty, you pay for an upgraded apartment where they obviously didnt take any time doing it. Zero water pressure so dont plan on enjoying a shower or bath. They have changed management multiple times for things to only get worse. Paint on everything, missing trim, insulation where an AC is suppose to be, mold growing everywhere. Always expect your car to be gone because they can never update you on any of the issues going on. Walls are paper thin, I can even hear my neighbors snoring. False fire alarms multiple times a month that nobody comes to fix. Save yourself all the headaches and find somewhere else to live.

image I was parked in the complex for nothing more than a few hours, visiting from out of state. I did not see any signs in the parking space or side of the parking lot, about requiring a permit to park. I even asked the tenant to verify if I needed one, and was told I didnt. I look outside the window the next morning, and my car was gone. Not even a first Warning posted on the vehicle or anything. Just up and gone with all my luggage inside. Being I had my keys on me, I figured it couldnt have been stolen since no alarm went off.
From the entrance I came in, there was no signs stating that it was a permit parking only complex. It was only when the tenant drove me around the building to take the trashdid I see a sign for the relocation company SS towing. This just cost me unnecessary expense that I cant afford and inconveniently close to the holidays. On top of that, the tow lot was so far away from the complexIt took up 2 hours of my morning and cost $219 to get it back.
For a community in the suburbs that has no off street parking, Ive never had anything like that happen. Its not like I parked and took an Uber to OHare and just left it. I had all my belongings for a two week trip and only parked there 1 night, and it was my first night doing so. If I had known, I would have been better off spending half of that staying at a hotel without permit parking, versus a $219 inconvenience. They should paint signs on each parking space, if no one except residents can park.
By requiring a permit even for guests, they are basically saying they dont want you to have anybody visit. Which defeats the whole point of having your own place at all in my opinion. But I shouldnt have to be penalized for the community not properly informing guests of whatever contract or agreement they have with tenants and tow companies if Im simply visiting a tenant.
And I will be sending the management a copy of the bill to reimburse. Because if a permit was mandatory, It should have been clear when I asked the tenant would there be any issues I needed to know about, if I park there.
