very difficult staff to worjk with, excellent amenities, but very little to zero flexibilty on their part. quite odd for a so called "Hospitality" business. many Regrets

Victoria in the Park was a dream venue for our wedding. Not only is the space gorgeous, but the food was delicious and the staff was hands down the best group to work with. First the food, just wow! All of our guests kept raving about how delicious everything was from hors d'oeuvres to main course. Kudos to the chefs for consistent cooking and high quality food given our guest count of 350. One guest said that the cream of mushroom soup was so good that he could bathe in it. For my husband and I, the filet was a perfect medium rare and the lobster tail was so tender, both melted in your mouth. Our guests also said their filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the salmon was delicious and not dry. Now to the amazing staff. Wanda was our main point of contact and from our very first meeting, which was just a walkthrough of the venue, she made us feel like family. She was very attentive to our needs and pretty responsive with our communications both via email or text during the planning. The day of our wedding, she managed our timeline with the band seamlessly. From cocktail hour, to leading guests downstairs to the main dining room, to cutting cake, dinner, speeches and dancing, nothing felt rushed and even our guests said our wedding had the best program of events theyve experienced. In addition to Wanda, Rosie was such a gem. She provided top notch service, leading the entire serving staff and also coordinated set-up with all of our vendors. She even found personal items that we left behind in boxes that were almost sent to the trash. We cant thank Wanda, Rosie and their entire team enough for making our wedding truly unforgettable.
