We had experienced a flood of our finished basement. The Daluca team came in quickly to help make our basement even better than it was before! The renovation included: drywall, paint, building back our bar, flooring, etc. They were responsive, patient and went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and with quality.

I hired Daluca Construction to renovate two bathrooms. Deluca was professional, prompt and communicated well. Tony, the site manager, was very supportive, and offered expert opinions and suggestions while supporting my vision for the project. His crew was clean, quiet and courteous. The workmanship is excellent. When any issues arose the team worked with me to make it right quickly. I am very happy with both of my bathrooms. Period anybody who sees them asks for my contractors contact, and I am happy to share. I recommend Daluca Construction to anyone.

Over the last 3 years weve done three projects with Daluca Construction. Our current project is a complete gut rehab, Pete and his team show up as promised, answer our calls, and is extremely patient, considering the amount of decisions that need to be made during this process.
