Worst customer service Rude staff talking with us like we are criminals and arrested by her and she is the president of USA when she was asking questions in regards of transfering registrations.

Yesterday I bought a license plate sticker here for $151 and gave $200. The woman at the checkout gave me a bundle of papers and I went to the car, sure that it also had the change, but it didn't. I immediately came back and told them about it. They took my number and said that at the end of the day they would check the cash register and call me. But no one ever called. It's not nice when people take advantage of gullible people.

Younger Hispanic woman was on the phone THE ENTIRE DURATION of me speaking with her. She clearly did not want to be bothered by anybody and was laughing/ talking to the person the entire time on her phone. Absolute joke of an employee, and because of that the service was also terrible. I regret even trying to come to this location. Shameful behavior for any employee
