Best company ever ! Jose was very helpful through the whole demolition process of our warehouse and concrete installation for the new building, it took a bit longer than expected but the job got done in a very clean and professional way, highly recommend this company for your next project.

**Would not recommend this company for fraudulent practices**
Hired this company at the end of May to remove an attached deck and repair brickwork associated with it. We paid in full for the deck removal and the owner asked us to zelle the company account for the brick repair materials. We were informed the project would be completed in the first week of July.
After we sent the zelle payment, we pretty much didnt hear back or were given an excuse why the work couldnt be completed. In mid August, the owner let us know they would be completing the work but it would be done by his sub contractor. At this time, he informed us the price would increase by an additional $500. It was not the price we initially agreed upon. He then asked us to send another zelle payment to a random cell phone number which was supposed to be the sub contractor.
We didnt agree with this and the owner offered us a full refund which we accepted. He let us know he would issue a refund check as he couldnt send a zelle payment back for tax purposes. We have all the text messages to verify these conversations.
It is now the end of September and we havent received the over $1000 deposit we sent. Over the past month and a half, the owner has been checking on the refund.
Would not hire this company to do any work. Someone posted a similar situation on the Home Advisor website as well.

Job Description: Bought a home that had some cracking plaster in the living room and dining room. We wanted to get rid of it and replace with drywall while keeping the structure, windows, etc intact.
The team did a great job keeping things clean and didn't remove/damage anything out of the project scope. Plaster in particular is a dirty job so we were glad that it wasn't caking every bit of the wall after the fact. They were very reasonable about managing contract adjustments that resulted from additional things we found behind the walls that needed removal, such as metal lathe.
Clean-up was good, which was a specific thing we were looking for, as it is difficult to find demo crews that will get things to a reasonably clean point after the teardowns are done. Would recommend working with these guys for your demo needs!
