This was my first time at this Aspen. I was impressed at how well organized they were. Everything was explained clearly and was helped deciding a payment plan that offered no interest.
The dental assistant was patient and efficient. The hygienist explained in detailed what issues were.
Dr B. Explained what needed to be done and its importance in sequence. She pushed nothing that didnt need to be addressed immediately.
The office manager was clear about insurance and directed me to sources for a fair payment plan. He also set up appointments that worked with my schedule.
Very professional group. I felt comfortable , I know I can trust them

It was so clean I felt very comfortable with all the people there. They were super nice and explain everything. No pressure my choices to complete my needs & cost .
They are always there to make me feel better with smiles and ready to fix any problems I have. They are -#1 for sure!

Absolutely ridiculous, I wouldn't bother trying to go here. When I set up our initial appointment I told them it was for a second opinion about oral surgery. They said no problem and got us an appointment. When we get there they tell us they don't know about our insurance and we'll probably have to pay out of pocket. Weird since we got the info for the dentist from our insurance. Then they can't get the scans from our previous dentist. We get that sent over after signing multiple release forms. One of the files wasn't sent as an attachment and now they are claiming they can't ask for it to be resent in the correct format since somehow doctors can't talk to other doctors? Just ridiculous, if they're half as disorganized as doctors as their admin team is I would be scared to have them work on my mouth. Oh and their oral surgeon only comes in once a month which no one mentioned till the end so that was great news. I don't understand how they have such good reviews when they clearly don't know how to communicate.

I left my appointment feeling thoroughly taken care of, and I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment.
