We recently needed our sewage line repaired underground in our front yard. Thankfully this work was partially covered by our insurance plan. We probably would not have been covered if it wasnt for Frank recommending it when we bought the house a few years ago. We are extremely grateful for that. It was a seamless process from the time I filed our claim to receiving our payout. We couldnt be happier with how the situation turned out considering what a disaster it could have been. Frank and his staff are always extremely helpful, honest, and on point any time we need them.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Frank Randazzo/American Family Insurance Agency. For many years, Frank has taken care my parents (now just my Mother) insurance needs with great care. He also handles my husband and my insurance. Unfortunately, I recently had a car accident, but American Family handled everything quickly and efficiently.
