Worst agency I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone and when they do they dont want to get involved if you have a problem.

May not be an issue specific to this office location but Allstate as a whole. Monthly payment went from $250 to $361 after 6 months of them tricking me into switching. When I called to inquire of the 50% increase they advised of some things that i could do for additional discounts but the rate would still be extremely high! They claimed the increased cost of living. Funny that none of our friends or relatives experienced the same with their agencies. A complete let down! Switching to Progressive

Mary Gervasi is always a tremendous help. Fast to respond to my questions and/or concerns. She made it extremely easy to switch to Allstate from State Farm. They were nothing but a nightmare. She handled it for me. I wish that I had her as my agent decades ago. It would've saved me time, and great expense, from dealing with other companies. Mary is definitely one to recommend to anyone you know. You're literally in good hands with her and her team.

Great company, great price , even got a birthday card. Even got money back for covid stay at home suggestion. Love them, great professional agents
