      image Engraved my ring completely crooked. A diamond fell out of my ring a week after I received it back. Me and my partner were not greeted after remaining in lobby for fifteen minutes, and were regarded with entirely different energy than previous customers. Went to another jeweler that was much more lgbt friendly, and they informed me that my ring was oval as well as the engraving was rough, which I knew as I could hardly read it after the initial return. My experience at the second store was entirely better and much more friendly. :(
