This school is so amazing!! I participated in one of the classes and enjoyed it so much. Their curriculum includes games, music, conversation, and reading, making it so engaging and memorable. The teachers really know how to encourage learning and discovery. I also really loved how each classroom is decorated according to the language being taught. It makes the learning environment fun. You really are immersed into the culture.

During my first visit, I quickly learned that Excellerate Learning Academy has found a niche by creating a clean, trusting, fun, immersive environment for kids to learn a new language. The teachers are passionate and enjoy their craft. I highly recommend that you visit, learn and enroll your child in the class of your choice.

Horrible experience from the very beginning. First off, it took me a whole week of calling to reach someone at this studio. When I finally did - Gabriel, the person who picked up the phone, was so rude and telling me he never got any emails or calls when I tried to reach multiple times. I took me forwarding my original email for him to see it. But, gets even worse, when I mentioned I have a Groupon I would like to use, he blatantly said, he will not honor it because he doesn't make any money off it. Additionally, after I voiced my frustration with the whole process of wanting to register for classes, he literally said, "can you repeat that, you were on mute and I have not heard anything you said". I am stunned that in today's day and age, a business can treat a potential customer this way. Take your money elsewhere, do not waste your time on this business. Bunch of academies out there who will be more than happy to see a new customer.
