Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken & Wings

This is my first time being to one, and I tried out their Chicken Sando Combo meal with Medium heat. And I have to say at first I thought it was weak and that I should've gone for the hot. But as you keep eating it builds up, they got the flavor and the spice heat just right. It was the fun delicious kind of hot where you will get that heat in that makes you sweat a little but still be able to enjoy your food. I would recommend getting the medium just to try out your spice tolerance. What I like also is the burn just stays in my mouth, my stomach feels fine. Will definitely be trying out their hot sauce next time and if I dare their very hot one (FYI you need to sign their waiver form for their spiciest one).

They are not afraid of serving sizes. You can split any dish with two people. Never disappointed me and my family (I have a picky eater in my son)

Overall, just overpriced for the fast-casual categoryI wont be back. Food was good and portions were ok. A combo, salad and extra side was $35at most competitors that would be around $20. FYI, Medium spice was significantly more spicy than expected. Made my nose run but still tasty.
