I was running late one day. When I pulled up to the front of the building I saw a little two year-old boy standing there alone crying. I looked around for an adult for several minutes, and asked the little boy where the adults were, but all he could do was cry. Then I saw two small girls come running around the side of the building and they told me everyone was in the back , so we all walked to the back of the building. The first teacher and group of kids I came upon said the boy wasn't in her class. I walked further down to the next teacher, who said the little boy, was part of her class, and she didn't know he had been missing... to think what could've happened to that little boy or my own child... I removed my child from the school. (This happened over a year ago)

My daughter attends the location at  1225 E. Davis St. Arlington Heights IL 60005.  My oldest attended Busy Bee as well at the previous location.  We've found the teachers to be very kind.  They really get to know the kids.  My oldest who graduated from busy bee at the beginning of Covid is doing very well in elementary school, Busy Bee have her a solid foundation.

Started out great. My child was thriving in this type of educational enviornment. The director was great. Then one day when I was late for dropoff.. I pulled up and saw a little 2 year old boy standing in the front lawn alone crying. I looked around for an adult for maybe 5 minutes, and then 2 little girls showed up from around the side of the building. I asked where everyone was, and they said in the back of the building. So we all went back there and I saw a teacher and asked if the little boy was part of her class. She said no, but that the girls were. I went down further to the next teacher who was staring at her phone as the kids ran around in this unfenced area. I said is this little boy in your class? Because I found him in the front. She hadn't even realized he was missing.. He could have very easily wandered into the street or been taken.. I told the director what had happened and removed my child from the school.

We joined Busy Bees in fall of 2020, mid-pandemic frenzy, and have been so pleased with the care the staff have taken to keep our children healthy and happy while at daycare! While the limitations caused by the pandemic have strained parent-school partnerships (everywhere), we appreciate the communication, warm greetings, and photos/art that are shared with us. Maricela and her staff are very warm and professional.

I decided to send my child to this kindergarten.  the director showed the classes.  talked about the program.  she gave me a file to fill in the data about my child.  She told me to bring him and show him.  we arrived, my son began to run, jump and not listen to what she says.  He was excited about new place. She took us to a large gym.  It was dark there, with only a light on one side.  it was stuffy and hot there.  I don't know how the children played there, but they were there.  we said goodbye, she said everything was ok and we left.  The next day I called and asked when I could bring my son.  she said i should talk to the teacher and call back and never called back.  more than a week has passed.  I called again, but she did not pick up the phone.  I do not recommend this place.  DIRECTOR is not a professional.  she seemed irresponsible to her work.  even if she did not want to take my child with not very good behavior, she could call back and explain. if your child is not like everyone else, then you are not welcome there.
