Recently heard about the Mortage Marketplace on the radio while I was looking to get qualified for a loan. I worked with Doil from start to finish and I definitely got a great amount with a great rate too! Way lower than the rest of the market. There was alot of things taken care of too that I'm beyond happy about. I will highly recommend Mortage Marketplace and have referred him many more clientele. Anyone that's looking for a home without all of the sketchy stuff from the banks. THIS IS the place you need to go. Thanks Doil!

I worked with Doil a few years ago on my first home purchase. I am now on my second home purchase and working with Doil and SooGin. I have nothing but great things to say about The Mortgage Marketplace, I almost want to scream when I hear of people using other mortgage brokers. The staff works so very hard and they are extremely attentive. They also know how to get you the best rates around, and are able to guide you in the right directions. It's so hard to find anyone friendly, caring, and personable in this market. Just because they are busy, they don't slack on  the end goals. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I've been working with Doil Kim for the past 10 years, I met him through a referral looking to buy a home. He is the most ethical, honest, smartest mortgage broker I've dealt with. I've continued work and referrals because he has made my buyers all happy in the end. I ask them in closing; "how was your experience with Doil and they have nothing but good words so I've continued."  He's so thorough that often times I have to ask him to break it down into smaller words for me, and he's really great at explaining things. It's hard to come by honest mortgage brokers that know their work. He is super- detailed and not only explains to the buyer what's going on but to all parties. I haven't referred elsewhere or gone anywhere, I've stayed loyal for a reason. Start here first, or if you start elsewhere come back and see the difference.
