Irma is very friendly, easy to talk to, and has been so supportive throughout my journey. She helped me zone in on key issues and developed a plan to help me get better. She is knowledgeable about psychiatry and medication, and also had excellent insight into holistic care and provided some great referrals for support I needed. I felt listened to and cared for. 10/10 would recommend!
