Why scheduling an appointment for 12pm if nobody is going to be there? It says they're open 12 to 5pm but no. Nobody was there. I stayed until 1pm and nothing. Daughter missed a day of school. Smh

I took my daughter with a temperature, waited 2 hours in her waiting room, finally entered the room, there I waited 30 more minutes because the lady had relatives in the next room, that's where she comes from and I try to ask about my daughter's condition. She doesn't respond, I asked her once in a polite manner, I told her I'll ask her one more time and she answered, you're not going to come and say anything in my office, take your daughter and leave, she took me to the counter of the office and told her Miss tell him to leave here, I was very embarrassed this happened in front of other people, I felt humiliated, never ask her anything
