Dynapeak Fitness & Physical Therapy

At Dynapeak you will work one on one with a physical therapist, not an assistant. The therapists listen to their patients and can quickly adjust modalities and treatment to get you to your goals. From my experience, Dynapeak staff are caring, encouraging, and inclusive from student athletes to seniors, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, etc. I've been to many PT establishments and my results with Dynapeak blow all others out of the water. I will be a lifelong patient, and trust Dynapeak to treat my family and friends. The location is clean, organized, and there's plenty of parking in a well lit lot. There are no steps to enter this facility. The bathroom is handicapped accessible and there is a private room if need be.

Dynapeak is a high quality independent physical therapy office. My therapist actually took the time to understand my complicated musculoskeletal issues, and worked with me to ensure I was properly doing my exercises. There was no "cookie cutter" treatment plan (like you get at a "chain" physical therapy clinic); my therapist designed a plan that was very much tailored to my needs and issues. I felt cared about and valued as a patient. Dina is awesome, friendly, smart, and truly works to help you get better and see improvement, ensuring that you have the tools to continue when you graduate from PT.

After having started physical therapy at a different facility and then switching to Dynapeak Fitness & Physical Therapy, I just have to say, Wow! What a difference! I am so glad I made the switch. The treatment I am receiving at Dynapeak is phenomenal. My hip and ankle have never felt better. The staff is professional and courteous. Nicole, my therapist, is awesome and has provided me with the best care. Dina and her staff are great!

I went here for for back pain and from the first day everyone was so welcoming! Every time I walked in everyone said hi and they just made me feel so comfortable! The modifications and exercises for my back and core that Nicole helped me with really made a huge difference. Great people and a great experience.

I wish I didn't have to use Dynapeak, but so glad I found them! I received excellent one on one attention at Dynapeak and in the process learned so much about proper body mechanics. I work out regularly and discovered that some of the ways I have been trained were not the best for injury prevention. The facility is clean, the staff is super friendly, and I loved the creative, individual approach to resolving my issues.
