Unfortunately, one star is being generous. Requested service on Saturday and the first crew to show up didn't have the proper equipment or parts to complete the job. Rescheduled for Monday, A different crew arrived at 3:00 and couldn't wait 15 minutes for city to come out to shut the water off. The earliest they can return is now Wednesday. If your too busy to take on a job, just say so. Don't string your customer along. Shame on you.
